I got very good service with Robert. He called on Sunday while I was still on Servicemagic's website to ask about the job, took the model number and talked about the problem. We agreed he would call back at 1 PM Monday with an estimate and he did call when he said he would. He came Monday night with the parts and did the repair in an hour for the estimated amount and the washer works great now. He was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Robert.
