The work looks fine, but it hasn't rained yet. I expect that the roof will not leak. Robert Velasquez seems to be an honest and helpful contractor. I believe my cost for the roofing job was a good value and I recommend that others give him an opportunity to bid and/or perform the work. His work was very timely. It looks good!
