I am not crazy about the $89 fee. For some calls it should be waived because of the work requested. I understand they need to protect themselves from just diagnosing and estimates.

Riley handled the job very efficiently and professionally. He impressed me with how he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend them to others & hire them again. I was surprised that they charge an $89 fee to come out and give an estimate. I thought one of the great things about Home Advisor was to get competitive estimates. I think if there is a charge it should be listed on the site so people know before they call.
