About us
Hi, my name is Rick Robertson. I can make your project according to your specifications. I just need the dimensions to make a blueprint sketch and materials list to get a quote from Home Depot. You pay for the materials. I charge $400 per day labor which is collected at the conclusion of the project. I don't charge for consultations, but I collect the lead fee of $50 charged by the web page. I respond to all direct connection requests. 10x10 deck is $650 for the materials* and $450 labor. I live in Northeast San Antonio so I can do jobs in any area of town. I have built over 400 decks and generally save my clients 40 percent compared to any local company. The going rate for new decks is about $25 per sq ft and my jobs will be closer to $15 per sq ft for labor and materials.
