One Time Interior House Cleaning
We have an agent that help us to hired the service. There was one workers came to clean our house. She worked from 9am to 2pm and chardged us $350 (with a hand written receipt with only her name, phone number and the price). After this we let someone rent our house and they complained that the house still dirty. We tried to call the provided number. The worker told me the guys that hired me speak better english than you which is very unprofessional and offensive. She said that she only had to work on the bathroom and one carpet (for $350) and rudely interrupted the call before we can say anything. In conclusion, the worker was very unprofessional and disrespectful. This is unacceptable. PS: I hope my english is good enough to write this review.
Response from Robin's Cleaning Service
"This was a very challenging project from the start. Unfortunately I was caught in a dispute between the homeowner and previous renters regarding a cleaning deposit. One person walked through and requested specific things to be cleaned and we agreed upon a fee. When I finished, another person was sent to pay me. She was clearly unhappy with the situation with the homeowner and there was a dispute between them. I asked her if everything was satisfactory and she wrote me a check. I provided all information requested. I have excellent references and have never had anyone say I was disrespectful or unprofessional in any way. This job will be posted in the before and after pictures."
