Robin was incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry and accommodated me exactly when I needed it. Her team is professional, reliable, friendly and efficient and did a stellar job getting my newly purchased house ready for us to move in. As a result I have decided to use her on a regular basis.

After speaking with Robin about the unsatisfactory cleaning at my home she offered to reimburse my whole cleaning cost, but since some of the work was satisfactory, we agreed on reimbursement of one half the cost. She has been very nice about the whole experience. I do appreciate her working with me.

"I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience of the quality you received. I had a family emergency I had to take care of. I asked to make it up and understand your frustration in you're not interested. They were on a budget and tried their best to get everything done. With extra maintenance does take extra time. Next time I'll be sure to always review the job before service. Was trying to work with your time frame. I can fully refund the whole charge. I'll put a check in the mail tomorrow."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Robin and her team are great. I haven't had great success with other Cleaning Services, but Robin is so professional, and does not cut corners. So happy to have found her service. I have now used her twice and will be doing so again. She's a true professional.

"Thank you for the feedback, helps me in communicating better in the future. As for this particular service I do apologize and take full responsibility. Once made aware of the expensive items within home I relayed to my helper to be extra cautious even if it meant taking more time but to try her best with the time limit. As for the neglect in not being mindful to replace those said items, again I'll use this as a learning experience for this helper to always be mindful of leaving things/replacing items in their rightful place. I appreciate your business and the time you have taken to write this review in a means of receiving better service for others."
