Troy and Rodrigo from Robinson Restoration came out today to access the areas where we had water damage from a leaking tub. They first carefully protected our property and the performed the demolition necessary and set up the drying fans. These two young men were very personable and did a great job explaining everything that was going on.

I reached out to this company because my friend Kristi referred me. She connected me immediately with someone who came out to my house same day for inspection. That person guided me what to do with regards to my home owners insurance so I could start a claim. I am so grateful he was able to guide me this route. What I thought would be a simple job turned out to reveal much more that was going on under my bathtub and in the pipes below the tub. I thought I just had a cracked tub that was leaking but it turned out more issues were going on. They started the clean up and demolition the very next morning. The two young men who did the demolition and clean up were very polite and professional. The work they did for me was top notch. I dont write many reviews but after the job this company did for me I had to share so others would know that this company is five stars. I highly recommend this company to those who need this type of service. I cant thank this company enough for all they did for me and my families home. They made what could have been a very stressful situation such a smooth easy process.

Every one of the employees, AJ, Darell, Dalton and Jeramy that came to my home were prompt, professional and patient and knowledgeable to answer every question I had. Their supervisor Patrick has been quick to respond.

I received a call within minutes of asking for a quote, and we set up a time to meet. Todd arrived and evaluated the areas where I thought I had mold. Much to my relief, the majority of the substance was not mold, and Todd quickly identified what it was and how to resolve it. One area, however, was mold, and he gave me several choices of how to handle it. He easily could have convinced me that the entire subfloor needed to be replaced (which is what I expected to have to do), but instead, he was honest. Todd was personable, explained everything, and honest. Should I have restoration work in the future, I will definitely call Robinson Restoration!
