Kept us informed of any schedule changes. Arrived when they said they would. Some items were difficult to move and they took exceptional care in removing them to avoid any damage to walls, doors, structures. Overall an excellent experience. We will certainly use them again as needed.

did not clean up left pillows and cushions on back deck and got black residue on them got black residue from gutters on everything - poor clean up I have to wonder how clean the gutters are now quoted prices for two story and three story and charged for 2 story at 3 story rate $400.00 have told all never to use the service and I doubt I would ever contact you people again either

Nice guys completed job on time

I spoke with Kevin about our attic clearout over the phone and scheduled a time for the following day to meet at our family home in Kinston, NC. We are prepping our family home for sale and it is about an hour and a half drive for my brother and myself. Kevin and Lennie were there 5 minutes after I arrived and ready to go. They bagged over 50 years of junk in our upstairs hallway attic clearing out over 500 square feet of storage space that I have never seen in one day. My brother and I were there to make decisions on items to keep or haul away and Kevin and Lennie hauled away these additional pieces of furniture as well including a piano that no longer would hold a tuning with a warped sound board and a 1.5" thick slate pool table. The task was huge and one we could not do ourselves although we had filled 2- 30 foot dumpsters ourselves last summer. We were extremely impressed by the work and clean-up by Kevin and Lennie. We had the entire house painted inside last summer and there were no signs of a massive movement of junk out of the home. I can certainly see why Robinson Trashout, Property Preservation has a high rating on Home Advisor and we are more than satisfied and happy to add a 5.0 rating or higher if we could for the service we received. We highly recommend them.

Mr. Robinson and his associated came quickly when another agency did not perform as expected. They completely a major job that had to hauled a long distance and did it quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them!

Showed up to my house and quickly got to work. Everything was already mostly bagged but I was finishing up on the yard debris and these guys were willing to help me out. Fair price overall but did change the price when they realized how much stuff I had. The price increase was fair from the original estimate.
