Robinson's Heating & A/C

90 plus degree weather and this thing broke down. Called Robbie and they came out 2 times and got it started to just cool us down till they could replace the unit. They were to come on Sat. but were able to come on Wed. Put the new unit in and came back the following Monday as they needed a piece of metal cut to fit a different size opening. They also came out on Sat to caulk the opening (before they were able to get the metal piece) to make sure no water would enter the house because of rainy weather. They are very professional and I recommend them highly.

Very professional and honest. Presented other options for repair vs. replacement that another HVAC company would not. We have used this company three times now, and have been impressed with fairness, knowledge, and skill every time.

Robinson's came to our house when our heating/ac wasn't working and gave us an estimate which was the best price around. He came out on a Saturday with our parts and fixed our system. He was very honest and friendly. I definitely would recommend them and I will call them again when needed.

I was pleasantly surprised at their quick response, their professionalism and their workmanship. They were great to work with and they did not try to sell you something that you did not need. We had to A/C units that were problematic. Both units were old, but only one needed to be replaced while the other just required a few minor adjustments. I would highly recommend Robinson's Heating and A/C as they are prompt, efficient, friendly and they complete their work as promised, as well as, within their estimated cost for the project.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repair or replacement of heating and A/C units. We called Robinson's Heating and Air when the upstairs A/C in my mother's home was not working properly and needed to be replaced. She is on a fixed income, so we were concerned about the cost of any kind of repair or replacement. The best quote we received, by far, was from Robinson's. We were so pleased with this company, from the first phone call for a quote, through installation, and to the day Mr. Robinson stopped by a week after the install to check the unit "just to be sure everything is working like it's supposed to." We received top-notch service and were treated as though our business really mattered to him. There are many things I can enumerate to support a five-star review: 1) The quote we received for the unit was a great value compared to other quotes we received. 2) After discussing the project and quote with Mr. Robinson, I researched units online and peppered him with questions about the unit he would install. He patiently answered all my questions and gave professional advice in a humble manner. 3) He scheduled our install very promptly, showed up on the day and time he said he would, and texted a bit before his arrival to let us know he was close. 4) When a very small scrape was made in the attic wall as the men were carrying down the old unit, Mr. Robinson showed it to me and pledged to repair it the next day. When he returned, he not only repaired that place but another larger dent that had been there for years, saying, "I might as well, while I'm at it." 5) Mr. Robinson and his associate were always courteous, respectful of our home (they covered the carpeted hallway with plastic without being asked), professional, and prompt. 6) Since installation of a new unit, our monthly energy bills have been $75-125 less than this time last year. It is a pleasure to recommend a business that values its reputation and its customers.

I have several rental properties and am experienced in hiring all types of contractors but was new to Guilford County when I needed an HVAC professional. I selected Mr Robinson after vetting a few contractors. He has since done work for me at a couple of locations. He has proven both professional and ethical (and I stress ETHICAL). I would recommend to anyone heeding HVAC work. (I have also discovered that his father is just as wonderful an automobile mechanic.) Please consider Mr Robinson for your HVAC project because good contractors are hard to find and the good ones should reap the benefits of a job well done.

Very nice person, takes the time to explain what he was doing. Explained what the problem was and Fixed it. A friendly man that I will call again if needed. I found this Co. on line, he called within 30 mins. The next morning my problem was fixed.

My tenant notified me that her A/C unit was not blowing cool air. I initially called another local company that had more ratings on Home Adv. than Robinson's to obtain their pricing. I did not get the best vibe from them so I called Robbie and he came by within 2 hours. He allowed me to send him the payment in the mail so that my tenant did not have to bear the burden of the diagnostic fee and project costs. I like that he trusted me to pay him after the service was rendered given the urgency of the matter (no A/C in June!) and that I lived in another state. He took care of the issue and my tenant was raving about him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
