Initial estimate by Jared was for $1700 to $1800 with completion time of 4.5 hours. Total move not including travel time,which was 30 minutes (KY to OH), took 11 hours and cost twice as much as what was estimated. Beware of Jared!

II used Robinson Relocations twice in the past month. First time to move from my home of 35 years to temporary storage and second time to move select items from storage to my new location. Both were local moves. At the "front office" Brian and Jared are professional, polite and prompt. The cost was very reasonable, and they were flexible with the schedule. The moving team (especially Andy, James, Steve, Mike) were amazing. All were very careful with packing, loading, moving and storing. Their communication is excellent, their work ethic is exemplary, and their teamwork is truly impressive. I give Robinson Relocation the highest recommendation. They have pride in their work and really want to do the job right. I may be moving out-of-state in the coming year, and if so, I'll be calling Brian and Jared to have their team handle the "heavy lifting"!

We just wanted to share our experience with Robinson Relocations. We hired them to move us from Cincinnati to South Carolina. They came out and surveyed what needed moved and we met with Jared one of the owners. He was very friendly, easy to speak with and addressed all our questions and concerns. He provided a fixed price which was more competitive than any of the others and his team cared for our items like they were their own. The move was great and their team professional. From the crew that packed us up, to the crew that unloaded the truck, everyone was friendly, courteous, and efficient. They made our move much less stressful. Brian was very easy to work with, he responded to every question I had quickly. We'll be moving again in a couple years and will definitely be using Robinson's Relocators.

I called and talked to Brian and told him what needed to be moved and when. The price was great and he was able to move it earlier than expected. Brian and Jared were on time and were very professional and knowledgeable in the way they packed and unpacked the Grandfather Clock. They answered any questions my wife and I had. They were very polite and kind. Brian is a man of his word like in the old days when a handshake was as good as a printed contract. I would highly recommend this moving company for any type of move you need.

Very professional and very customer focused. They were quick and careful with our items. Also they went out of their way to fit us in with only a few days notice. They moved our entire house on a Friday afternoon after we had a scheduling conflict with a moving company we had booked dropped the ball. I called several moving companies and these guys were the only ones to make the effort to help us out. They truly saved us from a disaster. I canâ t recommend them enough.

Robinson Relocations did an excellent job moving us from Cincinnati to our new place in Kentucky, three hours away. Some of the items were extremely heavy and cumbersome (Restoration Hardware 10' sofa, chairs and coffee table) and the guys handled it all cheerfully and very professionally. The movers worked very hard and accomplished it all as quickly as possible.

Moving is always stressful, but Brian the owner and the movers were excellent in every way! I was dealing with a condo fire and they were sympathetic and understanding. Robinson Relocations is bar none above the best! I have moved many times and they were by far the best. They were kind, prompt, professional, super organized and efficient. I was dealing with a contentious divorce and only moving half of the home into storage. They were willing to work with me and were able to take on the job with ease! They went the extra mile. They throughly explained every step of the process and what to expect. I am storing all my furniture with them until we find our next home. Bryan and ALL his guys rock! They were very friendly and even put up with my 3 year old and Yorkie following around the house. They made time to check in and make sure I was satisfied. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a very difficult move easy. They packed, moved and stored my large home. Their prices were competitive. This was the easiest move I have ever had! I recommend them 100% I will be telling everyone about them! Great work!

Highly recommend Robinson Relocations! They were on time, friendly and so helpful. While they had just one item to move, it was a very heavy treadmill that was going from an upstairs bedroom to the basement. They went so above and beyond to Tetris it around doorframes and staircases all while being very careful and aware of appliances and countertops! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Very careful with all items moved, and wrapped all furniture. They asked where each item/box would go when unloading and also even moved some of the boxes over into the storage unit area of the apartment complex. I would definitely use them again, very affordable for great service.

The company is awesome. Because of a deadline the piano needed to be moved by, I did not know who could do it. I turned to the reviews and they were glowing. I see why! Brian gave me a wonderful estimate. The team was able to do the job the next day! I thought I was going to have to wait weeks. The process was seamless, they made everything non-stressful. Where I wanted the piano, I was concerned they would have a difficult time. My mom stated "they are professional, they are GOOD!!. I will definitely let people know about their service and my sister in law who is a realtor can let her clients know too!

Brian and Jared are excellent. They showed up on time and had plenty of materials. They worked well together and had a good attitude the entire time. I was nervous to use movers but after my experience with them, I will use them for any future moves and highly recommend them!

The group of guys who came out showed up perfectly on time. They took excellent care in wrapping all furniture with clothe keeping all items in great shape. They were able to move all the items up to the 3rd floor of an old apartment with very narrow hallways within 2 hrs of loading of furniture ( including a stacked washer dryer unit). The hallways had no scratches of damages, I would highly recommend this company and more importantly the guys that take care to keep your items perfect during a move.

There was some confusion on how much I needed moved. I think a user friendly listing of the items you need moved would be helpful for them to estimate their jobs better.
