If you read all the reviews, he probably does good work if he will show up. Gave him a deposit to paint my house March 10, in July I haven’t heard back from him and called, said it should be done by the end of the month or so, it wasn’t. Called him in August said it should be done by the end of the month, it wasn’t. Called in September he said that should be done by the end of the month, September 23 still no word from him so I just canceled and got my deposit back.

"As we discussed in March, I do work in the order that deposits are received. There were a number of projects ahead of yours and the exterior season had not yet begun. We also have to factor in the weather. From June 1st until August 24th our area received 17.03 inches of rain. This has been recorded as the third wettest summer in Cleveland history. This had pushed all of our scheduled exterior jobs back, including yours. Your project was still on the schedule to be completed this season, but understandably your patience ran out. I do apologize again and wish you and your family well."

The guys showed up on time and ready to get it done. They repaired the area that needed done and painted the ceiling and wall in about 4 hours. I did call them and asked that they come back because I thought that I saw something on the wall. JP explained what happened and 5 minutes later, I was totally happy! My only issue was being charged for a gallon of ceiling paint out of a 5 gallon bucket. I raised this issue with Brian and he adjusted my bill. I explained that customers will not be happy with how he did that part of his business and he said that he would reconsider how he deals with ceiling paint in the future. I'm really happy with the job they did and how quickly and thoroughly they completed the job. I will recommend this company.

Outstanding! The ceiling texturing was perfect, the cracks were repaired and it is impossible to see where they were. The crew was very professional, diligent and very careful not to make a mess. They cleaned up everything as if they were not there. Brian Robishaw is very professional, on time and meet the commitments he made. He charges his cost for materials, no mark up; he uses superior quality Sherwin Williams paints. We will certainly use him again! The picture is from the repaired area- I wish I would have taken a before shot.

Wonderful. From the estimate to the final payment this team was wonderful. They were very respectful of our space and time. They were always concerned they were displacing us. Project took about a week and each night they cleaned up so efficiently that you would have never known they were there. I will highly recommend them for your project. They went above and beyond. Excellent! One of the first things we wanted to do when we bought our home was address the siding, because it faded (aluminum), and looked dingy. We had Brian and his team paint all of our siding, and it turned out great. Brian is a pleasure to work with. He really knows his stuff, is very thorough, and professional. It was truly his priority to make sure we were happy with the results (not just to get it done quickly and move on, like other providers). Also, his team was equally great. They had the job completed in a day, and came back the second day for finishing touches. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Brian and his crew. If you want a great job with great customer service, I fully recommend them.

Very well done. There were some hard to remove stains on the old deck and several boards needed replaced. All were replaced and deck stains removed. The new stain was a new color and I had no places where I saw the old stain color at all. I would recommend this service again and I plan to have them do this again in three years. Very easy to work with also. No trash or paint items left behind. very professional workers.

The work was done 100% to request. They were timely, on budget and overly concerned about how we felt every step of the way. Immediate responses and on the spot problem solving. After the job was completed there was additional follow up and Brian and his team even came back to do touch ups from the counter installation another vendor installed. They were amazing and we will be using them again!
