Rob was the ONLY one who agreed to take a look at my furnace without a deposit. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. I'm on a fixed income, and couldn't afford a new system. Instead, he was able to find & replace a key component. Rob is an excellent repairman, and an outstanding human being!
