Outstanding work. Great communication throughout the whole process. Respectful and courteous. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anybody and intend on using him for future work in my house.

Rob and his tech did a very good job working on my lighting project. They were communicative every step of the way. I appreciate their professionalism and good work.

When I met with the owner, Robert Dickens I found him to be very pleasant and totally understood what I wanted done.compared to the other 3 I met with. 2 of them were too expensive and acted like wharf I wanted would be extra because they would have to go in the attic so they tried to talk me into only puttingone pendant light above island in kitchen. Roberts price was perfect and he went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted. He was right on time and only took him and his employee a day to get everything done. Cleaned up everything afterwards too. What I really liked is he has a two year warranty of his work on the job. Didnr hear that from the others. He was very reasonable price wise. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or giving his information to anyone needing electrical work done. In fact I already have! 🤗

Rob came out the very next day, was right on time, and knew exactly what to do. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was a good communicator. He didn't talk down to me when he explained the situation, and treated me with respect. He was here and gone in under a half hour. His service charge was very reasonable.

The electrician who repaired my fixture was very professional and helpful. I am very happy with the service performed. My frustrations about customer service are related to communicating with Rob in setting up the appointment. I only have after-hours availability, which I understand can be challenging. I had talked to other companies who were willing to do it and made it very clear to Rob that if it was too challenging/burdensome for him to accommodate, I understood. While he ultimately agreed and made it work, he kept complaining how difficult it was going to be, as if I was doing him such a disservice. I really did not appreciate that.

Appreciate being on time and TJ was very professional and went right to work installing a new ceiling fan . Pleased

Contractor did not install GFCI outlet as required in toilet area. When I called to ask that they come back to do so, owner disputed the need for this and demanded that I pay them 100% before they came back to install the outlet. The workers were very cordial and overall work was good.

Took time to examine the work site and offer some alternatives. When decided, went to work and promptly completed task. Understands electrical and homeowner codes.

accommodating - worked with my schedule and completed the project within good time and great work. the crew provided recommendations for switch options for the ceiling fans that came with remotes. They cleaned up after their work, which was really great.
