Rob's Heat & Air

On time and on budget - how can you do better? He also recognized a burner noise that previous services did not and fixed it.

Rob called me almost immediately after I submitted a request. He was available the next day. The repair took a lot longer than I thought it would, but Rob was pleasant & professional. He tested the air conditioner over & over to make sure it was no longer dripping and sealed all around it both inside & out. I was very pleasantly surprised that this job cost much less than I thought it would. I would suggest Rob to anyone I knew who needed assistance. Thanks Rob!!.

Rob arrived ten minutes early, which was fine. He was polite and stayed until the job was finished. He cleaned up everything, and thoroughly cleaned the furnace. He charged us exactly what he had quoted to us, and we will most definitely have him come back next year for the annual cleaning of the furnace.

EXCELLENT experience with Rob's Heat & Air! Rob gave us a ballpark figure for the problem we told him we had (important to us so we could plan) which was several hundred dollars less than the quote we'd been given by our usual oil burner service company. He arrived on time, was very polite and knowledgeable, and he fixed our furnace for 1/10 of our original quote! We will be calling Rob's Heat & Air from now on and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Rob came promptly and on time. He did a fantastic job fixing and cleaning my dryer vent and for a very reasonable rate. In fact, he went above and beyond by not only fixing the cluggy work done by other before him, but by cleaning the entire area surrounding the washer/dryer, clearing it of all dust/lint. I would gladly hire him again.

Rob answered me right away and set up an appt. he was on time Went right to work on my central air , found the problem and fixed it also checked my other unit for me. I thought his price was fair. I would call him again if I needed him, and recommend him.

A gentle giant. Just worked alone making the job last longer than necessary. However in my case it didn;t matter.
