Rob came when he said he would and did an excellent job cleaning my windows and gutters. I asked him to leave the screens off and he missed one. Otherwise I would have giving him a full 5 stars.

I called in at the last minuet and they were here in no time and the value for money was great.

He showed up to the initial appointment on time and gave me a price and said he?d be able to do it that week. So I was initially pretty happy. But then I didn?t hear from him so end of day on Thurs I texted him. He said he?d be there Fri. He then texted Fri morn and said when he?d be there. He was 2 hours late, then had to leave for over an hour to get supplies. So, he had to come back the next day and was 2.5 hours later than what he said, and again left in the middle for an hour and a half to get supplies. He did what I asked, although I thought there?d be a handrail. Anyway, I?m satisfied with what was done... the quality seems to be ok, time will tell. I?m just a person who holds people to what they say. Better to overestimate time than underestimate.

The guys worked very well together. Very diligent workers and constantly in contact with me. The quality of work is great as well they are true perfectionist. I would recommend them to everybody.

While I have nothing unfavorable to the actual installation and cleanup , I was disappointed with timeframe. Appt was 3 p.m. but I called Rob at 3:30; he said he was stuck in traffic in Gatlinburg. He showed around 4:30. Just after 5 he said he needed to buy extensions for the faucet. I called him twice and he said he went to 3 places but couldn't find. At 7 when I called him again, I told him to wait until the next day. He said he'd show around 10; he showed up around 11. Even though he charged me a 'flat' rate, I paid for parts (as expected) but he also charged me for his gas.

Robbie was punctual and professional. And although I gave a bad window count, he cleaned them all and honored the price he quoted before seeing the job.

My gutters have never been so clean. Rob was very polite, professional and his work was outstanding. I will hire him for other projects. THANK YOU, Rob!

I hired Rob for replacing my storm door. He then ended up working after dark hours. I had to have him come back out, to fix the door, because it was stuck and would not open. I had A hard time getting a hold of him, until after I ended up issuing a stop payment on the check I gave Him then he called the next day. When he came back, He did end up doing an ok job. The door is working properly. I just feel I had to work more than i needed to to actually get the job finished right. Instead of him just doing the job right the first time.

Rob’s crew didn’t do the window job to my satisfaction at first. Their towels or squeegees left a streaky residue and I asked Rob to come back. He was more than happy to make it right. He returned and re cleaned all of the windows without so much as a fuss. He really proved that quality work was very important to him and the reputation of his company was paramount. I would hire Rob again anytime!
