I am a local REALTOR and have referred him to clients for repair and remodeling work. He scammed them out of deposit and building material monies and never started the jobs. DO NOT TRUST OR USE HIM for work!

Good contractor. Meticulous. Knows what he's doing. Fair price. I am very pleased with Rob's work on my house. He removed and totally rebuilt my front entrance door and side window due to moisture and termite damage. He did a great job! 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

I hired Rob to do various repairs around my house. He did a great job with all the repairs and even did a couple other repairs that I hadn't originally asked him to do. He was very kind and timely on the day he came out. He was also very fair priced, compared to the other companies I had give me quotes. I definitely recommend him for all handyman projects and will definitely be using him again in the future.

If there were more stars to give Rob's Remodel & Repair would get them for sure! Found this company on a neighborhood site, Rob came highly recommended from others.! Rob did an excellent job of repairing my deck. He replaced decking. Trimmed excess wood which was left behind by a previous contractor. Rob also creatively designed an access door on the side of the deck, previous contractor was unable to do this. I was extremely pleased with the end results. Rob's workmanship and professionalism is outstanding! Also, a shout out to Jamie who runs the office, communication was excellent! I'm so glad I found this company, will definitely be my go to from this point on.

Rob cheerfully gave up a Sunday afternoon to come over and pull our kitchen countertops and haul them away. He returned on Tuesday (after new countertops had been installed) to reconfigure the plumbing to fit the new sink, install a new garbage disposal and recconnect all the hookups. He's skilled, adapts easily to job changes and unexpected challenges, and he's reasonably priced. He's also enjoyable to be around. If you need a handyman who seems to know how to do just about anything, call Rob.

Upon purchasing the house, we had to complete an emergency repair for the ducting transferring from floor vents to ceiling vents. Ever since (2 years), we have been having issues with black stuff as well as fine dust entering the house. Rob came in and noticed that nothing was sealed. He stretched out the ducting, secured and placed a bead of caulking around the vents. I believe he was looking at several hours of work. He was able to efficiently take care of the problem in approximately 90 minutes. He guaranteed that if there were any other issues that he would come take care of it.

Rob is great! He is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done exactly to your liking. He took the time to make my dog feel comfortable around him and always answered my 5 yr olds crazy questions. Rob is now my go-to guy for any and all projects for my house. So glad I found him!

He has done 10 jobs for me and all outstanding and great value for the money. He has done and big jobs roofing, siding, plumbing, drywall, wood working and fix leaks.
