I will never call them again in my I will never call them again—not in a million years. I waited four months before writing this review. I called them to have my septic tank cleaned. I left the house for four days, and when I returned two days later, the tank was full again. I checked my security cameras, and the man who cleaned my septic tank took only about three minutes; the other company I hired took nearly 15. I called them to ask them to come back, and they told me that I must have a water leak somewhere in my house. However, whenever I go out of town, I shut off the main water valve, so it is impossible that there were any leaks. Besides, I’ve been a contractor for decades, so I know what I’m talking about. We spoke with the manager to request that someone come out to take a look, but she told me that if they did, she would charge me another few hundred dollars. They refused to resolve anything—even though I had video footage of the work being performed, which clearly showed that it was done far too quickly. I will never call them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Today—four months later—my septic tank has not filled up again, and that serves as my proof.

Customer service was amazing from the phone call to set up inspection to the service at the job. I’m a realtor and it’s hard to find this kind of service. I highly recommend this company if you need septic pumping or septic inspection.

Will and Jose came to my house for a pump out this morning. After opening the tank cover and filter cover they noticed that my tank really didn’t need a pump out but the filter was a little dirty. They explained to me how everything is supposed to operate... very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. After some discussion they ended up only cleaning the filter and it wasn’t necessary to pump it out. These guys were very honest. So it only cost me half the price... they saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend Rob’s Septic to everyone who needs a pump out, or are having some other problem. They are honest and honorable, and reliable!

The team was not only profession but extremely down to relatable. From the office to the septic team, we felt honored as customers. We had big job involving a tree and drainfield needing to get done, right. The team handle the matter in a timely and efficient manner. We couldn't be more pleased.

Professional They were scheduled for between 8am and 10am, they called at 7:45 to say they would arrive at 8:15 and they did.The actual service provider was pleasant and got right to work. He finished in a short time. I wish all service providers were like this.

I called Rob's Septic Tanks for a pump out because I was smelling sewage in my bathroom. They showed up on time and rapidly determined that I didn't need a pump out; just that my filter needed to be cleaned. They taught me a few things about my system as well. Rob's Septic Tanks is now my go-to company for my septic.
