I thought Rob was excellent. His customer service, professionalism and quality of work was above and beyond. I really like his communication skills, he was prompt and his estimate was dead on, with no surprises or hidden fees. I found Rob on Angieâ s list and I contacted 4 companies, Rob responded within 5 minutes. I had a couple of big name companies come out and got quoted $7100, then $4200 . But for the same system, Robâ s price was less than 1/2 of the highest bidder. He showed up on time ready to go and even through in a free sediment filter. While the other companies wanted to charge me to drill through my garage wall for an inside installation, Rob didnâ t charge me at all. He had a great attitude and was very professional. I highly recommend him if you want a great water filtration/ softener system at an extremely reasonable price!

Rob was fantastic, he managed to walk me through the different options of packages and even informed me of things I did not need for my home that were a higher cost. Water is amazing now and no longer smell chlorine. Most of these water companies give you a big song and dance to sell you, Rob was very direct and honest. I canâ t recommend him enough!!!!
