This guy is a ripoff. first, his service call fee is more than double most of his competitors. Second, he marks up by 100% the cost of parts from the RETAIL price!!! Lastly, when he quoted $195 for labor, I asked what the hourly rate is and he said thats just the cost- no hourly. I then asked him if its the same cost for labor if I buy the part and he said it is $245 for the labor- same amount of work. The guy is unethical and I would saty FAR AWAY!!!

Horrible service. You might want to reconsider his service if you do not want to get COVID-19. Did not care about socially distancing and did not wear a mask - well, he wore it, except that it was hanging from his ear! And he did not have an issue putting a 9-year-old child's health in jeopardy! I called Robson because the gasket of my washing machine was leaking. We are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. He came in using a mask. He was working upstairs (washer was upstairs), but when he came down, his mask was dangling down from his ear. So whilst he worked inside the house, his mask was off. I was not happy because my second daughter (9 years old) has asthma, so she has an underlying condition. After he finished, he left the house, and he told me that he would come back with the invoice. Next thing I know, he came into the house without knocking the doorbell. I told him that I can follow him outside to pay for the services. We are trying to minimize people coming into the house. Guess what? Rob would not leave. He said he was staying in my living room until he was paid. He said it was his company policy - he is the owner, so what company policy? We are in the middle of the pandemic, and he did not want to social distance, and he refused to get paid outside the house in the yard. I am a woman with 3 girls in the house, and he stood in the middle of the living room, refusing to leave the house, tried to intimidate me, and jeopardizing the health of a 9-year-old child. The washer is upstairs in the house, further away from where we usually gather, and I turned on the fan in the laundry room. Here he was being a jerk, in the middle of our living room, where my daughter was playing and minding her own business. I told him that I am not the kind of person who would not pay, and he took our credit card info when we booked him, so there is no reason for him to be inside the house is getting a payment! I have a picture of Rob leaving my house after he finished the repair. He left the house to get the invoice from his truck. My ring doorbell caught him without a mask. I told him that, and he argued that he had his mask on. Well, he had a mask, but it was dangling from his ear. He said that it is ok to have a mask off outside the house. The fact is: the ring doorbell caught him closing the door behind him. His mask was already off. He was already WITHOUT a mask inside somebody else house, in the middle of a very deadly pandemic. Again, he does not have a problem putting 9-year-old CHILD health in danger! This is a very deadly disease for people with asthma! I have the full video of him leaving, closing the door behind him, and his mask was already off. So if anybody wants to see it, it is available. When he came out to take a look at the problem, he quoted me $265. And the price to come out of $65 would be taken off from the $265. When he came back, he charged us $405. He did not even take out the initial service fee of $65 as he promised. He said that my husband renegotiated the price with him after he came out to take a look at the problem. No, my husband never renegotiated the amount (as he replied). Why would my husband agree to a renegotiated price which is much higher than the industry standard? Why would my husband agree to a 52% increase from his initial quote? He is very very DISHONEST! I found him to be rude and dishonest. You might want to reconsider hiring this company if you do not want to get COVID-19, and if you do not want to get cheated or blackmailed (he will not leave or social distance from my family and my asthma-ridden 9-year-old child until you pay him 52% higher than the agreed-upon price)! Definitely NOT recommend this horrible business.

My freezer temperature was fluctuating and threatening to melt everything. He arrived the same day as promised, diagnosed a faulty thermostat and replaced it during the same visit. He offered to come back if the problems continued, but fortunately, the temperature stabilized after 36 hours as predicted.
