The carpets looked much better but the smell was enough to knock you off of your feet. I explained that we had pets and needed to get rid of pet odors. That did not happen; our house smelled STRONGLY of dirty, wet dog.

"Well I am sorry about that. I stand behind all my work. If there was a problem just give me a call. The problem was that your have a great dane and 2 other small dogs. I am not to sure when the carpet was cleaned last. I will be glad to come back and applied a deodorizer but I am not to sure that will solve the problem because of the damage to the carpet."

Jeff came out 2 days after I requested service. He was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning and deodorizing an armchair. I will definitely use Robyn's Group again in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs upholtery cleaned.

We have used him for years. I would recommend him to anyone. He is honest, on time, nice personality. So many companies do not get all the stains out, he is able to that. .I am so happy with his work.
