This project wasn't as big as the last project Mr. Ron and his crew had at our rental property, they treated it with the same respect and professional, timely, manner as with the bigger project. I picked up the wrong ceiling fan from the store as soon as the guys got here and went through everything first they informed me and I went back to the store to exchange it. I got back they had just left 5 minutes. I called Mr. Racofort and they came right back in 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. My husband knows how to do all of those things his crew did, just at this time he has a long list of projects going on and needed some help. Some reliable help. So I said, call Mr. Racofort, and we did, Thanks again!!

John was very professional, pinpointed the issue with my attic fan and fixed it in approximately two hours.

Jon found a wire not notated by a recent home inspection that looked to be buried under some installation from a previous contractor. He easily fixed a potentially dangerous situation. He understands time is money and works extremely fast. You will not be disappointed with his services.

Jon and his company did an outstanding job installing recessed lighting in our living room, kitchen, hallway, and spare bathroom. Jon even wired the living room lights so that they could be controlled from three different locations in the room, with a dimmer switch at one of the locations. He even wired and installed a new ceiling fan in the living room (fan provided by us). Jon was also kind enough to provide me some pointers on how I could repair the holes left by the old ceiling fans/light fixtures...which was very helpful!! We now have him coming back next time to install some under cabinet lighting, pendant lights over our new breakfast bar, and to run an Internet cable and installation of a wall jack near the new breakfast bar. We plan on using Jon for any future electrical needs because we were so impressed with his professionalism and excellent workmanship!
