Painted outside in 32 degree day... Did not apply Kilz like I negotiated on the phone. Did not come back and clean around painted area like he said he would

Living in Florida and having property in Connecticut that's a rental can be difficult to find someone to do work for you. I turned to Home Advisor to find someone to install closet doors. Frank from Rocco's Home Maintenance called me almost immediately to discuss the job. Frank met with the tenant around her schedule to get the job completed. I spoke with the tenant who was absolutely thrilled with the way the new closet doors turned out and the way they look. I'll be definately using Rocco's Home Maintenance for any future projects. Thanks Frank for a job well done.

Excellent job and was nice enough to also re-screen my neighbors patio door while he and his worker were here for mine. Total pleasure to do business with and will hire Frank again. My neighbor is also quite pleased with the work done by these two employees from Rocco's. Highly recommend these people. You will not be disappointed.

We have hired Frank in our current home for 2 projects (a large interior painting job and a small carpentry job) and we plan to hire him for another job in our new home. He is very flexible and willing to work within your schedule. The work he did in both jobs was great and was completed in a timely manner. He always responds to questions very promptly. I would definitely recommend Frank for any painting or handyman projects and plan to hire him again myself.

Frank and team are always on time, their schedule is efficient and the results are perfection. They have provided great solutions and carpentry work for some of our ongoing renovations, repaired and replaced an exterior basement french door and exterior walls inside and out, there are so many projects I cannot add them here. Frank is very good to our home, children and our pets ... not enough space here to say all the good things we can. This is an awesome Team and we couldn't be happier with their services.
