Rocha Construction

First of all, Rocha Construction used oil based paint with a high VOC?s and caused respiratory issues that evening it was used. I had to leave my bedroom and sleep in my living room. They never cleaned up after themselves and left trash and debris in the bathroom leaving it unusable due to having to climb over the debris. After receiving their final payment, the commode was used and when toilet paper was removed from the holder it, the holder fell off the wall. This past weekend while the spare bathroom was being used tile inside the shower were found to be cracked from the top of the shower, underneath the bench seat to the floor. The project manager (Cesar) was never onsite to oversee the work being done. I would never have hired this contractor with the information I have today. Shame on Rocha Contruction and their misleading tactics.

Did not wire the building to code. Not answering phone and I dont recommend this company to anyone. Returned material twice. Only nice to customer until they take your money. This contractor is dishonest and will disappear later making his "warranty" a lie. Work was shoddy at best and is now having to be redone. Hire at your own risk.

Very poor communicator. He started the job and then ghosted me after I had given him 70% of the money and he did only 50% of the work. Do not hire.
