Robert has done work for us previously, and, as always, did not disappoint in our upstairs bathroom remodel. The job included complete tear-down, discarding all old fixtures, cabinets etc. Robert installed all plumbing, electrical, cabinets, shower, fixtures. Robert is always very professional, on time and efficient in his work. He took care to protect carpet and walls in the house leading to the bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom and highly recommend Rochester Renovation and Repair.

Rob is very good at tiling, but I remain dissatisfied with the drywall taping, mudding and sanding. I would recommend him for tiling, but that's it. After 8 months, the ceiling in my bathroom is cracking, and looks terrible. The drywall seams show more and more. Rob attempted to repair his work, never followed through when his repair was inadequate. As a revision to this review: Rob and I spoke again, he apologized for the mess and the delay. He sent a guy out to do the repairs to the drywall and mud, and the job was exceptional! Then he sent his painter over, and the paint job is great. With these corrections to the situation, I can strongly recommend Rob for a job.

Professional, excellent installation of natural stone kitchen tile backsplash. Also did repair of bathroom shower tile. Made good suggestions. Could not be more pleased with the final result. Easy to work with, prompt and cleaned up after the job. Very fairly priced. Would highly recommend and would use again.
