Rock Bottom is the well named. When another contractor provided a lower bid Greg agreed to match it. He and his men did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. They repaired cracks in the stucco and reattached loose siding. They also worked VERY quietly. During the day they left for lunch and I never knew they were gone! What impressed me most was that these guys worked from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and never even asked to use the restroom. When I asked Greg about it at the end of the day he said, "It�s because we're considerate." You don't find that sort of respect for your home and privacy every day. Two thumbs way up!

Very reliable, good work and reasonable prices

Greg was quick with his est. He was going to supply the paint, but we wanted to do that so he took what we paid for paint off the bill. We added installing a range hood that we bought and he charged half of what the place we got it from wanted, even after I told him their cost. There was a miss communication about a heater door and he came back and did it, he even made a rail on the wall that the wifes' wheel chair scraped. He was on time, fast and did a good job of cleanning up.

I selected Rock Bottom Home Repair because of the professionalism he demonstrated in explaining what needed to be done to repair the tile and leaks in my master bathroom. He also agreed to purchase all materials needed to do all the repairs including new shower door. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend him to my friends.

I was very pleased with the initial contact and the price quoted. Its the little things I noticed once the job was under way - He didnt stay as late as he said he would, making a 1 day job a 2 day job. He didnt use satin paint like he said he would, its flat, even the trim. He didnt bring by the small container of touch up paint like he said he would. Im not disappointed in the final turn out of the job. I love the cleanliness of his work! It was just those tiny little things. But the price was very fair all in all.

Greg was punctual and very polite. He made a couple of mistakes and quickly took responsibility and corrected the problem. He is an honest, hard working person. I recommend his services and would use him again if the need arose.
