Does not deliver on promises. House was filthy, not screened as promised. Incurred construction damage they refused to repair. Moving to court to litigate.

I would not recommend this contractor. I've used contractors from HomeAdvisor for years, even when it was called Service Magic, and I've never had a problem with any other contractor. We had Rock Canyon Hardwood Flooring screen and coat our engineered wood flooring, and our small 20lb dog scratched the coating applied to the floor in several areas. Even moving one of our kitchen chairs which had felt on the bottom, scratched the floor. Our previous home had wood floor, and we never had a problem. Although this contractor informed us that he did not warranty his work (which should have been our first sign), we were in a bind to have the work done prior to moving into our new house. Alex seemed surprised that a small dog would scratch the coating. Alex verbally told us that he would come out for free but then would never call us back. Alex contacted us after HomeAdvisor called him on our behalf. He then set-up two appointments with us and never showed up. The last time, he didn't call or reschedule. The work took one person approximately 5 hours, and the project cost was $2,400. For that price, my floors should look AMAZING!

Had difficulties communicating at times. Days would go by before they would respond to my concerns.

I have exotic wood flooring and Chad did an amazing job!! My floors were a challenge with the first coating of finish but Chad worked hard and made them look fabulous!!!!

My floors exceeded my expectations. Alex and Chad were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions and were very patient with me picking out a stain color! Chad even offered to come back the next day if I wasn't sure. They did an excellent job of blending my old hardwood with the new one. Very good communication from start to finish at a very fair price. I can't say enough about the quality of the workmanship and how much I love my floors!!!

This company is honest dependable and provides excellent quality workmanship , I was surprised and delighted that they would take on this project which was way up in Estes Park Colorado ,The only problem I had with them was I did not get the lasagna from Chicago.

Nice guys. Alex was evolved and checked it with me on what was going on. Great job floors are admazing. Next time I will stay at a hotel finishes are strong but expected when refinishing wood flooring
