"I am shocked to hear this after almost 9 months later. As I recall, we actually built your project at our cost since you are a teacher and we like to give back to those who help our children. So for you to give us a 1.5 star for value for money is shocking. And quality of workmanship also is shocking as we used all # 1 premium material and had our top crew do the work. We asked you when we were done if you were satisfied with the job and you expressed how beautiful of a job we did. And again, I just now hear about this 9 months later. I am sorry you feel our communication was very poor. We have a section in the contract you signed that I have attached below that is precisely for communication and or complaints. If you had an issue with communication, I wish you would have expressed that directly rather than giving us a poor review on home advisor almost a year later. We take our home advisor review seriously and depend on them for a successful business. Complaint resolution process Communication is key when attempting to resolve any issue. We work very hard to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied and have no complaints, but from time to time a problem may occur. The following are the steps that should be taken to ensure that you get satisfactory resolution to your situation. Note: Our business hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. Step 1: Contact your project manager. If you receive no response within 4 hours during normal business hours, then please move to Step 2. Step 2: Contact your salesperson. Please allow a 4 hour window for him to respond. NOTE: Sometimes this is the same person as your project manager. If so, then skip Step 2 and move to Step 3. After 4 hours, if you haven't heard back from the sales person or received a firm commitment of resolution, then please call our main office immediately. Step 3: Call the main office number 443-304-9000 to apprise us of the situation. The office staff will reach out to the construction manager immediately. If you have not discussed the issue with the construction manager and received a commitment of resolution and reasonable timeframe for the remediation of your issue, then please escalate your situation to the business owner. Step 4: Call Leeba Menzies, owner and President of Rock Creek Decks and Additions. Cell number 202-394-4642 and business hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. You have my word that your issue will be heard and resolved appropriately."
