The contractor took my deposit after accepting the job and never came back nor contacted me.

Wayne came immediately to give a quote. He did an excellent job repairing our concrete walkway and steps. We would absolutely recommend him.

We called Wayne because we read his reviews on this site. We called him in the evening and he came over that night. We needed a Bilco door raised and block work also done into the basement do to a previous contractors botched job. He fixed the problem within 2 days. Then we decided to have him give an estimate on a new front porch and sidewalk. Well he got the job! He gave us many options and we went with a stone porch and paver sidewalk. The job was complete within the week. His worker is also a hard worker and was very accommodating to us. Great job guys! Glad we got to keep a local business local.

Wayne was very quick to come over and give an estimate. He came in well under others as far as price goes, and once signing the contract he performed the work the following week. He cleaned up after he was finished and communication was kept throughout the process. The work he performed was repairing a Bilco door foundation and stairs, stuccoed a dilapidated brick porch, installed brownstone treads and border with paver inlay. Installed a 15x20 Paver patio. I could not be happier with the work Rock Hard concrete has done. I would definitely recommend getting an estimate from them on your next project, in fact i have already recommended them to a family member.

I called and told them what I was looking to have done and they were here with in a half hour. The estimate was in my ballpark an we agreed on a price. We set a date and they were on time am completed work in a professional manner. Great job !!!

Wayne and his crew replaced70' of sidewalk and a driveway apron for us. These men are true professional in every sense of the word. He gave us a fair price for the scope of the work that needed to b done and handled all problems( a major tree root needed to b ground down to let the sidewalk b level and back to it's original form) From the demolition to the final cleanup every phase of the job done to specification. The inspector even commented how good the job looked and everything met his standards and was ok to pour the sidewalk. I have been in the building trades for the last thirty years , so I know a little about construction and how things should work. To me beside each man having a great working knowledge of his job they were true gentlemen in every sense of the word. I highly recommend Rockhard concrete for any job that deals with their scope of work. If 6 stars is possible then that is the rating I would give them. Rock Hard Concrete was so easy to work with and did an amazing job repairing our back porch slab. It was disintegrating pretty badly and other contractors we reached out to said it could not be salvaged. Wayne assured us he could reinforce the whole structure and redo the top landing to look like new and was attentive to our immediate time frame. After returning my phone call the same day, Wayne scheduled the work for the following day (which happened to fall on a Saturday). Wayne and his crew were responsive, reliable, and did an incredible job. They made a 60 year old porch look brand new!

We reached out to a number of contractors, and some didn't even call back. Of the ones who responded, Wayne was the most responsive, professional, and honest, and he was very competitive in terms of pricing. Wayne, Jose, and the rest of the crew did an exceptional job from start to finish, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wayne and his capable crew expanded the apron of my driveway and replaced an old concrete walk from the drive to the front steps. Even before the work started I requested a small change to the overall project. it was taken care of and I am extremely happy will the results.
