Very disorganized and unprofessional We had a very small front yard turf installation with them. First, the initial turf installation was rescheduled due to their emergency. Then, without notifying us, they came and dropped off installation materials. On the day of the new installation, the installer did not show up. We called the phone number on the invoice and requested an explanation from a project manager; however, the sales rep called us, not the manager. After all these inconveniences we had been through, we requested cancellation, but in the end we agreed to an additional discount on the total price. Finally, the installer showed up and started their job; they found that we had received a smaller size of turf sheet. So, after a discussion with the installer, we had to agree to install it differently from the originally designed landscape. So, did we satisfy the end product? Unprofessional, disorganized, and poor customer service..what's wrong with them???
