JoAnn is very easy to work with. We did a bathroom remodel. JoAnn crew was friendly and courteous. The price we were quoted was very reasonable. Once the job got started, we found additional work that we wanted done. JoAnn adjusted our bid to include the changes. We were told that the bid could change do to unforeseen circumstances. Once we dug into the plumbing we did discover some additional work that needed to be done. Joann adjusted the bid and explained the new bid. I would definitely hire Rock Renovations again.

JoAnn gave us a competitive bid to turn our storeroom into a quarter bath. We needEd all new plumbing and electrical work. The floor had to be raised to be level with the kitchen and two doors had to be installed. The work was done in a timely manner and the work was done very well. We're very happy with Rock Renovation and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very reasonably priced, did quality work, showed up as scheduled and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new flooring.

I have used Rock Renovations for several projects and have always been happy with their work. Joanne, the owner, works closely with me and her team to be sure the work is quality and on time.

The workers did a great job on everything, but working with Jo Ann was a nightmare. We went with her because her quote was significantly lower than the other quotes we received, but the end cost was just as much as those other quotes. Electrical and plumbing was more than double what her estimate was. Materials were triple the cost. She didn't listen to me. The project didn't pass initial inspections because she told the workers to cut corners to save money but in the end it cost me more money to have them redo the things. I regret going with Rock Renovations.

Awesome job on time they kept the job site cleaned. I had mention I had a leaky faucet and they went got the parts and fix it with no charge went over and beyond.

The tile worker does a phenomenal job and is very detailed oriented. I would highly recommend Rock Renovations.

I thought they did a wonderful job! The installer was a nice guy and did a high quality job!

My son and daughter in law has a bare bathroom hidden under the stairs with concrete walls and concrete floor with a drain in the center. She turned it into a beautiful oasis area with plenty of lighting, big beautiful shower, tile work is gorgeous and she leveled the floor in the main room for a small kitchenette area here in the near future. They are so happy and grateful of finding her and couldn't be happier. We are in the planning stages and I will hire her to install a garden fence and raised flower beds. I have known Joann for more than 10 years and she is very reliable, if she said she will get it done, she makes sure she gets it done.
