Customer service is an afterthought..... We had extensive concrete work done (exposed aggregate) (SUMMER 2021); widened driveway, new walkway from driveway to backyard, deck removal with addition of concrete patio, in addition to adding drainage pop-ups. The estimator who came to the house stated he was one of the owners. The guys they sent to do the tear out of the deck, brought the wrong equipment and had to go rent it. Once the deck was tore out, the concrete guys came and were mad the tear out guys caused so much damage to the grass and roughed out too much grass and dirt. The cement guys were very good. Once the job was completed no drainage was added..... Upon calling multiple times to get a call back, we were told that they do not do drainage. We had to tell them to look at the approved estimate and see that drainage was part of the estimate. After multiple phone calls to then to get this resolved, they finally sent the cement crew out, who had no experience doing draining. In the back yard, part of the PVC pipe was left exposed. SPRING (2022) - The concrete connecting the walkway to the drive has multiple cracks. Called to report this and was told quote, Once we have a crew in the area, we will have them check it out. 1 month later called back and was told the same. Another month later we called, and someone came by and looked at it and the crew will come by for the repair. Monthly calls to the company and they finally came to repair in November 2022. They left a tarp over the repair and stated they would be back in a couple of weeks to pick it up. Again, after multiple calls it was picked up in Feb 2023. At the time we were told they would be back to stain and paint the repair. After Bi-weekly phone calls we are still waiting..... 2 July 2023 hindsight is 20/20, we should never have authorized the final payment. After publishing my complaints online in August of 2023, the owner contacted me and offered to make the necessary repairs but on the contingency that I pull down my review about them. They should do the right thing on their own and not just because of their online reputation. They did finally return to complete the stain and paint of the repair, so I can finally consider the project closed, but it should not have taken more than a year to have complaints I raised finally resolved. That is why I am leaving this review up and I cannot recommend them.

This is my first review ever posting for a company. I have never felt the need to get the word out about a company until working with Rock Solid. I do not want to write a novel, so I will keep it short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is our first home, our first major purchase, and we are expecting our first child in a few months. We chose them with the expectation that we would be taking stress off of our plate, but we could not have been more wrong. You will be in charge of contacting them as soon as the ink dries on the contract because no one will reach out to you. We had to call multiple times to try and speak with someone to schedule our installation, a week after the project was supposed to be completed. If you do get lucky enough to speak to someone just expect them to call you back soon and then never hear from them until you call again. Bottom line, save yourself the stress, hassle, aggravation, and time and hire a good roofing company, not this one.

It was a very good experience working with Rock Solid. They worked with my insurance company which was less headache for me. They worked fast and efficient but left one thing out from the job. I requested a downspout to be installed from the roof to the 2nd floor that would allow the water to flow into the gutter instead of creating a 'reoccurring wear' on the shingles. I agreed to send the deductible based on being assured that that was minor (which it is) but it's principal. Needless to say, a couple of calls later, we end up dropping it and they never installed it 😵🙁.

It was a great experience, frome the initial sales person Juian to the wrk crew and even my phone contact Katie( who was great and helpful) everyone was great . the work they did ( cement work

Had a complete roof tear off on my house and garage. The shingles were delivered one day, the guys came and installed both roofs another day. Install probably took 8 hrs. I was super impressed with the quality of the work AND the clean up. I have a dog and did not have to worry about leftover debris in the yard.

Salesperson over promised - did not do some of the prep work they promised and they did the work 2 months after the estimated start date. The estimate did not include work that needed to be done and the price rose by 10-20% after the project was started. They only communicate via email including with billing - and threatened a lien on property without sending a physical invoice. On the BBB website last 4 reviews are all 1 star. Would be careful - good salespeople that overpromise.

I had a few different companies come out and give me bids on windows and siding on my house. David Mikho came out and drove 45 minutes to get to my house and what impressed me most was I didnâ  t feel like I was pressured at all into making any rushed decisions so he could make a sale. He did an excellent job at going over my options, explaining to me what the different product and price ranges were and what value I was getting with each choice as well as gave me very fair pricing up front instead of other companies sales tactics of hitting me with a ridiculous price up front then trying to make me feel like they are giving me a deal by talking it down afterwards. I told him Iâ  d think about things for a week or two and he never pressured me into anything. Eventually I had him come back out and talk some more with him and eventually ended up deciding to only do the windows/door wall for now and put the siding off till sometime in the future and he didnâ  t seem at all bothered by the fact that I decided to split the projects up to make it more manageable for my finances. Overall he was very professional and I was extremely happy with the experience and looking forward to when they come out and install my windows.

David from RockSolid was a great salesman and rep to work with. He was very professional with a gentle and pleasing personality who worked with us with our needs and budget situation. I wish him success and highly recommend to others planning to do any exterior work for your home.

Hired them for roof, gutters and windows., after getting multiple quotes. Sales was great and responsive - no annoying hard sale techniques and put up with pricing multiple quotes for different scenarios as I tried to decide what I could afford to do. Through my work I see a lot of building permits listing the cost of construction and I think Rock Solid was very reasonable. At first I was very frustrated with the service that I received after sales as I went quite a while without hearing from anyone about my project, even after multiple calls. Then they hired Cheri and everything changed. Every question answered, kept in the loop as windows were manufactured etc. Like when I tried to buy a kayak this summer and there were none, building supplies have experienced shortages - but she was on top of things and my frustration disappeared. Great follow up on the few problems that I had with installation, most of which would not have happened if I had been home for them as this is a very old house with quirks. Would hire them again. Gave four stars only for the service between Bryan (sales) and Cheri to emphasize the importance of having her (or someone like her) to keep people in the loop.
