Do no use this guy! We had a walk in shower remodel and his work was so poor it had to be ripped out and totally redone. I had 3 different tile contractors inspect his work and each one of them said it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen. Besides the horrible work, the only day he was on time was the first day and managed to only show up about half of the time. When he did show up he always left early. This 2 week job took over 6 weeks to not complete. Mark kept speaking of his years of experience. He must have 35 years experience scamming people, I wish it had been as a competent tile installer.

Beware ! He will take your deposit, lie to you and not take your phone calls. He promised to refund my deposit and he only refunded about half.

Great communication. Did charge a bit more than original estimate, however the shape of the tile required a lot of cuts and was a little more complicated than a classic subway tile.
