Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Paid the agreed upon amount in cash up front for two leaf pick ups. They only completed one, they promised to come back in time for our final city leaf pick up, but they didn't, then it snowed. I waited more than a month for them to contact me and offer me a spring time clean up in place of the leaf pick up they did not complete. They never did. I spoke with Damon and Jeff regarding getting a refund for the work they did not complete, both said they would send the refund, but we never received a check. It has been over four months and now they won't return my calls and I still don't have my $. I would not recommend this company for anything

Snow Removal
My job entailed snow removal from private residence. They were on time. I have a two-car wide drive. The snow was removed from the middle leaving the sides unplowed. I have had a more thorough job from other providers.

Sod Installation
I felt "Rock Solid" had the expertise and knowledge to professionally complete and projects I asked them to do. I hired them to do several more projects and they always responded when I had questions concerning any of the projects. The sod installation, which was the main reason I hired them looks great. Aside from a couple of shady areas that will eventually fill out, I am very happy with the results. I plan on using them many more times. Denis Strang
