Marc came out, gave a price, then followed up with emailed phased quotes to complete back, front and then re-do front pathway. He did the front, sides and back of a weed overgrown disaster and I have grass. Neighbors even complemented on how much better the house and landscaping looked. Marc and his two man crew arrived and immediately went to work. When they left a week later, they left behind understandable care instructions, a yard that looked much better, and an enhanced property. I highly, highly recommend them. They are in great demand due to their reputation and attention to detail. Plus they have families of their own to care for. Be patient. It is worth the wait.

Marc, Doug and Tom arrived early Thursday with equipment and knowledge. Marc had previously surveyed, measured, and proposed a three phase affordable plan, Working hard and being careful of neighbors' property, they transformed a jungle into an attractive lawn and side yards. Their methodical approach and professional demeanor impressed me. In the end they had completely striped away the old weeds, tilled, fertilized, leveled, removed old stumps, laid down loam and more fertilizer then hydro-seeded front back and sides. Trimmed and cleaned out flower beds and trees. Two days later I have a yard to be proud of. I highly recommend them and they have received my highest praise. Their expertise shows.

I have to take him small claims court. He has not responded to me, the BBB, or the Attorney General. I will not use your service again. The worse contractor I ever hired. You should do your homework on the contractors on your service.

Used them for spring clean up. I had let the grass grow too long and it was a job to cut however they agreed to take it on and I agreed to pay accordingly. The mulch they used was cheap and light weight. They used a blow in system from a truck and blew some into my neighbors pool. The owner is arrogant, angry and difficult.

"Unfortunately I was not the difficult one in this situation. Irene called me to bail her out as her prior landscaper left her high and dry. We had agreed on certain services which were outlined in the proposal. Once my employees were on site she hovered over and ordered them around like servants. She even went to extent to call one of them fat and lazy which is when I irritated her by telling her my employees deserve to be treated better and to have some respect for veterans who have served and men injured in the Middle East. She continued to give me attitude so I pulled my employees off the job. I do not tolerate anyone who puts down people"

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Install
I hired RockSolid for a walkway and retaining wall. I had some issues/questions following a rain storm a few days after I paid them. There is significant runoff coming into the steps and along the side of walkway and the bottom part dips lower than the driveway which will be a problem in the winter. I emailed and called several times and never received a call or email back. Marc claims he stands by his work for 1 year, however, he has not responded and this was only days after the project completion. I am very disappointed because of that. I had thought he was professional and took pride in his work - obviously that is not the case. I would not recommend them for this reason. Also, the more I look at the walkway I feel the job was not worth what I paid for it. There clearly were shortcuts taken and the erosion issues we were hoping to mitigate is still there. We think this will be a hazard and potentially unusable in the winter.

"Kim's walkway was installed correctly and I have all the photos to prove it. I informed her before we finished that since there was a slope, she would need to install stone or mulch along the sides for erosion control which she said she would do on her own. It never got done. We did install a dip off the side of the driveway to divert the water that ran to that area and prevents pooling. All was explained to Kim prior to completion. Yes I did stop answering her calls as she called me about 25 times in 3 days that I had to take off. I spoke to her before all of the calls and she was still not comprehending what I explained during install. This co"

Rock Solid helped me with a rush hydro seeding job. The job was complete within 24 hours of my initial call, this was a huge help to my time line for my project.
