"my name is William lucas and I sihned a contract with customer on this job and the customer turned around and took it upon him her self to swith the plans all around he stared adding project and material and i had called the customer up on the ph and explained he voided contract and we had to rewrite a new one he refused to sign the new one the customer costed me over 10,000 in labor charges by switching everything around and will be filing a mechanics lein on the property"
