"This job is still on our schedule to complete. The contract is still new, less than 4 moths old. I don?t feel like the customer can give an accurate review based only on timing. I?m out here doing the best I can running a business that has many ups and downs and unless you are a contractor you done understand what men like me go thru on a daily basis."
"Job was done approximately 4 moths before I got a call saying there may be a problem. I responded by going to customers house the next morning. We discuses there may be a waterline leak/broke due to the natural settling of the dirt because the time the water came in it was not raining. We set a day to come out to dig up the area and have a closer look. The call was Thursday, I went out Saturday and took equipment and a labor with me Monday morning at 7:30. We dug up the water line and found nothing. We also dig up septic clean out area and found nothing. I was very prompt to the complaint and got a second opinion for why the customers stated."
"Our company suggested a full proof Dewatering system for the problem they had by excavating around the foundation and installing a drainage system. They did not want to spend the money that was going to cost and suggested we just install an interior drain to collect water that seeps through the foundation. Not recommended but we did that for them any way. Since they saved money and did not want us to do a proper drainage system and we did the job the way they wanted, now we are the ones that pay for it because they did not want spend the money and have it done right. I am m sorry, lesson learned, either do a job the way you as a professional knows"
