Alec actually arrived a bit early for my install....when does that ever happen?! He's very professional. He cleaned up after the work, in- cluding vacuuming (his machine) the dust off the wall behind where the old water heater stood.

Had a couple clogged lines in a house I was purchasing. Alec came in and scoped them and provided video so I could ask the seller to fix it before closing. Since then I have had another clogged line that he was able to unclog in about 10 minutes. Very professional and great pricing compared to the other big names in town.
