"It is obvious the project had a problem from the beginning. We had a salesperson that was not telling the truth to customers. On our end we did not check his practices until he left the company. Please contact us to review they situation."

"We are sorry for the time your project took. The time frame of your project was given with not knowing, problems from ordering from manufactures for supplies. Again we are sorry ."
"When this customer signed her contract she was told we would build her project in 8 to 12 weeks depending on Materials and weather. During this time period pressure treated wood was not available for 12 weeks. just talk with a lumber yard. All of her materials are setting on her property. She refuses to let us install for her."
"We had problems with the cabinet factory during covid with delivery time. We are unable to project manufacturing time due to shutdowns with employees. We were very sorry as you can see she was happy with her kitchen in the end."
"First, we as contractors can only try and do what we can do. Due to the pandemic workers are reluctant to work. Materials are hard to come by. This person signed a contract as she said on March 26th. On the contract it stated that we would start in 3 to 8 weeks, depending on whether or any natural causes. NO ONE TOLD HER WE WOULD START IN 2 TO 3 WEEKS READ THE CONTRACT. This Lady called our office over 20 times to get her job completed. Each time she was told we had to finish other customers first do to the problems with the pandemic. Rock Solid Prides ourselves trying to make our customers satisfied. The old saying you can' t make everyone happy no matter what you do."
"Thanks, Bill! The pleasure was ours."
"Thanks Jeff, we aim to please."
"Rita & Harry H. // 3** Paine L*** Dr S********86*-62*-9*** They entered into a contract on March 19th 2020. We were to remodel their bathrooms. The contract states that we will start within 3 to 8 weeks. On May 3rd, 2020 we received an email stating they had canceled the contract for lack of work. Under said contract, they only have three days to cancel without penalty. The Truth is we had already started work and had demoed one of her bathrooms. Under her contract, she was to pay progress payment after we demoed her bathroom. She refused to pay and then we stopped waiting for payment. As you can see that she breached the contract and we withheld the amount that we were out for labor and material only. 86*-6**-9***"
"We entered into contract with this customer to do a kitchen remodel and deck with this customer. The permit department was on holiday hours. After we got the permit, the homeowner kept the inspector by wanting them to approve the owners building ways. After that, we got 7 months of rain, homeowner wanted the crews to work in the rain. Then the homeowner wanted a refund for the patio door. I offered the refund after a final completion from was signed. Homeowner refused and we have gotten a final letter of completion from the building inspectors office."
"We are sorry that this customer had a bad experience with our company. The person that was in charge of this project has since been released. My new project manager has reached out to rectify her problems."
