Rock Solid Seamless Gutters

Absolutely horrible.! They installed half round gutters on my new home and the gutters do not drain. They pitch the wrong way. I have tried to call and have them come back out to adjust the gutters as well as do additional work. I got several excuses then I was given a date which they never showed up. It's been over six months and Josh will not return a call or text.

They took accurate measurements of our home and detached garage so that when it came time for installation they had everything they needed. The Gutters loom sharp. We were pleased with our quote too. Very professional and very respectful

They have resolved all of our issues at our property in a timely manner with great customer service. I did attempt to contact them through email and phone. It appears I had the wrong number and email to contact them.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED and if you do, make sure you check not only their work but also what you already had. We hired him to install the seemless gutters. The product is good and they were quick to finish the job. We checked the gutters and paid them, as they were leaving, we had to call them back because they had broken our back porch screen. He said he would come back the following week to fix it. He came back once with the wrong sized screen and promised to be back with the right sized one, he never showed and stopped answering calls and messages. As long as they do not break anything, they are ok. If they break something, they wont tell you nor they will fix it.

Pleased with the finished product. The representative provided detailed description of the final product. Walked me thru the finished product. Installed in a timely manner.

Hire them

Initial gutter and gutter guard install was done in a timely fashion and appeared to be well done. At the time of install, we were not living in the home yet. 2 months later after moving into the house, I noticed from the patio that some of the gutter guards appeared to be discolored. Upon closer inspection, I found that half the installed gutter guards were white and half were black. He used leftover materials from other jobs instead of buying the new material we paid for. When I reached out to the company that I wanted only one color, they agreed to fix the issue. 5 weeks later they still never addressed it. They blamed us for waiting too long to complain. Then they said they could not buy black any longer even though I found them for sale at Home Depot and Amazon. Finally, we got sick of his excuses and bought new material and installed it myself. This company will not stand behind his work and will install leftover mismatched parts on your roof.

Went beyond the installation and put screws in a soffit that kept coming down to prevent this from happening again. Great service and very personable! Would hire again!

Josh and his assistant did a great job. They cleaned up after they were done and were very professional at all times.

They were punctual, thorough, had good communications before during and after and, an awesome product with your choice of colors, even more than one choice if you want! Very fair price which included removal of our old gutters which were put up 20+ years ago and disposal of them too. No mess left anywhere.
