I couldn't have cleaned my house like this if I had a week off from work.

When owner gave me an estimate I asked if the team spoke English I was told one of them. When they arrived I asked which spoke English and one said "very little", that was the first problem. Obviously, there was a lack of communication I'm sure created some of the problem but after a thorough inspection my question to the owner was "How do you clean showers & tubs without water" then I proceeded to say the jacuzzi I know wasn't touched it has toenail clippings in it... My kitchen cabinets & microwave still had grease on them.. I'm sure I've made my point...Sad I really need a service being disable.

It took extra time than quoted, but only paid for one more hour. There was a lot to do and they did a good job. I am looking forward to their next visit.

My house has never been this clean!

Service was ok.. not great. The cleaning team showed up over 30 mins later than was scheduled, they did not have coverings for their shoes to clean the carpet, and they did not clean out the refrigerator, or arrange the pantry as was previously discussed.

The two ladies did a great job! I have been sick and it really helped to get my house clean!!

I originally hired them but they were 90 minutes late showing up the first time to clean. No call letting me know this. The excuse was someone was out sick. I could understand that but not giving me a heads up was not acceptable. I have hired someone who is more mindful of my time.

Edwin from Rockie Maids came out and went over the areas I wanted cleaned, explained his estimate thoroughly, and sent the two ladies out this morning. They arrived with cleaning supplies and vacuums and without any other instruction went right to work. I am especially pleased with the cost. It fit my budget so well that I have hired them to come on a weekly basis. I broke my leg in June, and hiring Rockie Maids is making my recovery that much better. Now I don't have to worry about company coming over and the house not being clean. When I am back on my feet, I will definitely keep Rockie Maids on a bi-weekly schedule.

We were preparing for an "at home wedding". Tasha and Ann Marie came in did an excellent job of cleaning in our house. Very professional. Worked the entire time they were here. Would definately have them again. Thank you.

I have used services before and so I was skeptical as I have not always had good experiences. I had a great experience with Rockie Maids. I received a prompt and fair estimate and then they were able to clean my house two days later. The two gals arrived on time at 8:30 and stayed until almost 3, they were cheerful and pleasant to have in the home. It was a deep cleaning as it had been a year since I had used a professional service. I would use the service and Guadalupa and her team again! Thank you!!

They have performed even better then expected. They did and initial deep cleaning that included organizing a couple rooms. They have also come back not for additional weekly cleaning. All of the work has been exceptional and at a good price. I would highly recommend them.

The upstairs of my home was cleaned very thoroughly, however only one person showed up to complete the job and they were unable to complete the entire house like promised. They are coming back on Thursday, but I was disappointed that the entire project was not finished when promised

Two people were sent to do a "deep cleaning" which was supposed to include cleaning the oven. They worked for approximately two hours. The oven wasn't cleaned. The tile floors were not vacuumed, but washed with one bucket of something.

The girls always did a great job, cleaning top to bottom. Always friendly and courteous. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

Did what they said they would do. Gave discount for first clean which is more involved. Said it would take 4 hours which it did. Included inside windows and ceiling fans/lights and inside microwave and stove top. I don't dust and dust is gone.
