October 2024 My 1985 home has a 39 yr old concrete septic tank, so bear this in mind (it's old!). I had a leak on the outlet side wall and a previous contractor tried to patch it, but it never stopped. This had been going on for some time, but steadily got worse. I was thinking I had no choice except to go ahead and bite the bullet now to replace the tank, a big job for sure. Also to note, a prior septic contractor failed about a week earlier to patch the tank, more $$ spent, so I thought hope was lost as far as repair efforts were concerned. I started calling around to get bids on tank replacement and found Rocklyn Septic Services, among a few on Angies List. I met Barron W. and right away found him competent and someone I thought I might be able to trust. Barron came out promptly and on time to inspect the tank (on a Friday). He provided hope that maybe it could be repaired. He noticed the 4" TEE was oddly positioned and cut it off. That allowed about 2" water level drop which may have helped to reduce tank water pressure above the leak. Barron then came out on Monday with some bags of concrete and was able to patch the wall successfully in less than 30 minutes. As a result, I can now wait until next spring to replace the tank if I wish as the leak is gone, grass is dry! Barron even promised if the leak returned, he would apply the cost of the repair to the tank replacement. I'm good to go for now! Barron's attention to detail, his great communication and his committment to customer service is why I will hire him for the big job next year to replace my tank. Thank you sir for your service!

Theyâ ve got a pretty good racket going where the technician who shows up for your quarterly inspection will purposely break something so that your alarm will sound later that day (after they have left), necessitating a â service callâ so they can â fixâ the problem they created. After one instance when this happened, the tech admitted to me that it was his fault and said he would not charge me for the repair. The next time this happened, my husband started doing the repairs himself. Over a year later, Rocklyn sent me a past due notice for the repairs the tech had told me I would not be charged for. Because of their lies and the clear racket they have going on, we did not renew our contract with them and thought that would be the end of it. Nope! After the contract expired, they still sent a tech out for an â inspection.â Luckily, I was home and immediately informed him that we did not renew our contact and asked him to leave. He left without so much as touching the control panel of the system. The next week, I received a bill from Rocklyn for â replaced sprinkler heads.â So outrageous. Stay far away from Rocklyn Septic. Do not give them one penny of your hard earned money. They should be shut down for fraud.

Rocklyn did not only the work I hired them for but extra things since they already had the equipment here - saved me money! They also responded immediately when I had an issue with all the rain right after the install.

Drain field was not draining properly. Barron Williams arrived on site at appointed time. He surveyed the system and gave repair options. After hiring Rocklyn septic services Barron arrived at site and repaired drain field. All OK now. Very courteous, professional employees. High recommend! Thank You!

Kevin came out within 12 hours of my call and fixed my leach bed valve and pipe in less than two hours. Friendly, courteous and not as expensive as i had thought it would be. Highly recommended

Dude said he was running late at 930am. I had to return to work. He asked what my schedule was & when Iâ d be back. I said 12:30. Ended up not working but left for 45 mins. Dude called as I was standing in the yard saying even tho we hadn'tt agreed on price or him doing work his â techâ completed the job & it took the guy 3 HOURS. Moron. Note we spoke at 930 & I stated Iâ d return at 12:30. He didnâ t know I was home. I call BS. Told him so. He said heâ d talk to tech n send invoice. Which I just got. For 500. Labor 100/hour. Is he on crack??

I hired this company for a required maintenance contract about a year ago. I was sceptical at first because communications were not great, but was finally able to talk on the phone and email. A year came and went. They said that they were performing the services but I have cameras on my home and only once did I see their vehicle come to my home. This was the only time I received a paper verification on my door that they had come and performed the necessary services that I paid them to do. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe my cameras did not pick them up coming or going for one reason or another... or that they had forgotten to leave a inception recept or the next 2 times. I was about to re-up on my yearly contract. As of four days ago my septic alarm started going off. I called RSS that same day around noon. Got voicemail. Left message The next day it continued to sound, I called again at noon... Got voicemail Left voicemail e-mailed company with my issue and asked to also do my contract paperwork at the same time, and we could communicate through email if it was easier... A day goes by No response by phone or email Alarm goes off again.... Called at 1pm Got voicemail left urgent voicemail Day goes by No response This morning my septic alarm started going off again at 5AM, I called RSS phone at 7:30 and 8am this time ... guess what! Voicemail. Again! I received no responses, by phone or email during this whole time. This was the the last straw! I did not leave a message. Instead, I called another company, who promptly answered their phone, and can come out asap. And they are cheaper than Rocklyn, more professional, have 24/7 assistance, and most importantly answer their phone! Since they cannot answer their phone, return calls or emails, I will be terminating my contract and canceling all services. I advise you not to use this company! They have terrible customer service and communication.

Barron and his team are exceptional. Would recommend them to anyone.
