I hired them to help with a desktop I built myself, and it was a confusing problem, but the technician spent more time assessing my monitor than the computer. Their parting recommendation was to buy a different cable and see if that works, but they missed an error light that made the solution clear (it had nothing to do with a cable). I'm sure they can resolve more typical issues, but I won't go back to them, especially at $185/hour.

They spent some quality time on the phone with me prior to coming to my home pre diagnosing what the issues were and they were right and he even made the phone call to Verizon to help me get what I needed to fix the issue job well done price was great and they were on time and wonderful to deal with

Customer service was terrible. Cannot reach anyone by phone. Email took days. I had to pay for shipping to-and-back. They cannot repair a simple power supply. Company claim system is old and a power supply is unavailable

"The customer paid only a small fee covering shipping costs which we explained fully upfront. Kumar agreed to this. The customer shipped a failed phone system back to us for possible (keyword) repair. The system provided to us was extremely old and a very unique brand which we also never see. We explained this to the customer We also explained finding the needed part next to impossible. Thanks for your completely inaccurate review."

They replaced an old Panasonic residential phone system that blew out after storm. They did it by finding a refurbished unit and installing it at a cost far far less than it wouldâ ve cost by starting with something different. They were very diligent and quick.
