Just happened to be 105 today...naturally when a/c's are supposed to fail. Chris O. called on his way to our home, and arrived when he promised. He checked the unit, and replaced the part and was done in less than 30 min.. I just wish all Techs were as honest and polite as Chris. The Company needs to hold on to these kind of employees. Very reasonable price on top of all the other great stuff! Thank You Chris O.!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. I made my request on a Sunday, they came that day, and gave me an estimate. I called them back on Monday. They had my complete system replaced by Tuesday afternoon. The price was better than any other estimate.

service beyond my expectations

Woke up at 5:30 am realizing the AC was not cooling house. Soon thereafter went on Home Advisor and confirmed appointment for (I thought) was 9:00 today. At 8:00 am, Rockwall One Hour AC called to confirm appointment for tomorrow. I told him the situation and told him I thought it was for today. Within five minutes he called back to say an associate would arrive soon. Connor showed up around 9:00 am and diagnosed the problem (capacitor not working properly). He replaced the capacitor, advised me that my AC unit had a 10 year parts warranty (I was unaware of this fact), so I only had to pay for the labor. Connor was professional, respectful, and very efficient. He showed me that the capacitor was functioning at a small percentage of efficiency. He completed the repair and was out the door around 9:50. Before leaving he corrected an insulation problem that was compromising the effectiveness of the attic insulation. I could not have been more pleased and recommend this company without reservation.
