Rudolph was professional and expedient. He built shower glass for our basement bathroom. He gave us a quote and timeline, he met both quotes. We are also very pleased with the work he did for us. I would highly recommend his services.

Rudy was quick to respond and help us with getting a new shower door ordered. The wall was not plumb and very odd at the top, so he had to custom order the glass to account for that. We would definitely recommend Rudy!

Except job

Rudy was very professional from start to finish. He came out the same day to take measurements and give us a quote. His prices were very competitive. However, the most important reason that we used him is that he is the owner. We like working with "Mom and Pop" businesses. Our experience with these types of businesses has been very good over the years. The day of installation went without a hitch. He and his helper cleaned up and left our two bathrooms with new glass shower doors. Everything fit and there were no issues. We recommend Rudy and Rocky Mountain Glass for your next project.

Very professional and timely

I regret engaging with this company. I never received the product which was a custom frameless shower door or install service. I put a deposit down of 825.00. as required to order the glass. For 6 months with me checking every month either by email, phone or in person I was given excuses for the delay. I discovered by calling the glass vendor that my glass was never ordered in Sept 2023 as I was told it would be. In Feb I called the glass vendor again. I found out my glass was ordered in Dec. 2024 however never paid for therefore they would not make the glass for Rocky Mountain Glass and Mirror. Six months later after my discoveries about this company and notifying them I wanted a refund I still have not received a refund. They have been reported to Southern Colorado BBB (non member) and to my credit card company
