Hired this company to redo the front yard with rocks, steps and mulch (in 2017). I had an idea what I wanted. RMPW worked with my suggestions, came up with a plan and executed it flawlessly. If I had any other landscaping needs I would hire them in a heartbeat.

They did an excellent job of installing stone steps in two different areas of our property, both of which had been long time problems. They also installed two new landscaped areas and gave us some good advice on solving landscaping issues.

Highly dissatisfied with the customer service of this company. We hired them last October to complete a full backyard overhaul including a water feature, gas supplied fire pit, etc. We spent a large amount of money with Rocky Mountain Ponds & Waterfall and were incredibly pleased with the quality of work. That said, since completing our project, the customer service has been HORRENDOUS. We had issues with the sprinkler system and the pond overflowing and it took weeks to get anyone to return a phone call. As such, our grass suffered severely because we had to manually water. The grass has still not recovered. There was damage to our front porch that they have yet to assess and fix. And we recently got a $300 bill for a pond cleaning that Dusty assured was complimentary due to the size of the project. Do not use this company unless you want to be ignored as soon as the work is done. Or worse, be given a huge bill for a service that should have been included.

Finally a landscaping company that is run like a business: on time, keeping their promises, quality work!

We had a fall cleanup on our 1500 gallon, 14-year old Koi pond done by RMPW yesterday. The fella did a terrific job, in a short period of time, for a very reasonable cost. We used another company last spring. The kid was here for six hours. I thought we had adopted him. We will definitely use Rocky Mountain Ponds for our spring/fall cleanups from here on out.

Rocky Mountain Ponds and Waterfall did an absolutely extraordinary job of transforming our back yard! We did a great deal of research before hiring them, including looking at projects they had completed and calling multiple references. The amazing result was that homeowners not only raved about RMPW, but they wanted us to visit their homes so they could show off their newly landscaped yards in person! Having just had them install a fabulous patio with a marvelous gas fire pit and built-in bench; multiple natural walkways and a bridge surrounded by gorgeous trees, bushes and perennials; and a truly spectacular cascading rock feature; we're now equally anxious to show everyone our yard too! The owner, Dusty Hettinger, was a delight to work with, and has an astounding eye for artistic landscape design. We were thrilled with all of his suggestions, and equally pleased with the quality and professionalism of every member of his staff. Raul and Vicente's teams did an outstanding job with the hardscaping; Gary did a superb job with the gas work needed; Oscar's team did a phenomenal job with all of the beautiful landscaping and soft lighting touches; and Dusty's wife, Ainsley, helped us choose plants at their own nursery (The Sprucery) that were both dazzling and as "deer-proof" as possible. All in all, our experience with Rocky Mountain Ponds and Waterfall was a true joy, and we whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who would like to have a wondrous landscaping project done with superb materials and workmanship at a very fair price!

This organization and their folks who perform the work were great. I didn't expect the patio to look as good as it did in the end and how quickly they completed it in spite of some challenging weather. I highly recommend anyone to check these folks out and consider them for your next landscaping project.

We initially were just looking for a water feature for the backyard, and Dusty took it to the next level and designed an entire landscape concept centered around the waterfall. We wanted something that would look and feel like we were sitting next to a mountain stream, and that's exactly what Dusty and his crew delivered. He made some great suggestions as to type and placement of trees and plants. We don't even have our sod planted yet, but we have received numerous compliments on our backyard - we sit on a corner lot and get lots of people walking by checking out our waterfall. When the yard is complete I believe it will be a showcase for the neighborhood. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend RMPW to anyone looking for a water feature or landscaping.

We hired Brett at The Sprucery to improve the curb appeal of a home we were listing to sell. He worked with our budget to come up with a plan to dramatically improve the appearance of our yard. Our home sold immediately and all of the RE agents remarked that the yard looked amazing. We are now working with Brett on a design plan for our new home.

I really like a contractor who actually lives up to the commitments that they make. From consultation, to bidding, to workmanship, followup, and billing this is one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. It makes me wish I had two homes for Dusty to landscape.

Dusty and Brett were fantastic to work with. They came out promptly to give us a bid and worked with us under our budget and time. Let's just say our front yard spruce up and complete backyard install is the envy of the neighborhood. Any time we need anything to do with landscaping we will be calling again. Not that there is much left to do since they did such an amazing job! Thank you guys so so much - you have made our new house so much more than we thought possible because of your design and hard work!
