Concrete Pool Installation,

About us

Rocky Mountain Pools, LLC, builds swimming pools, spas and ponds with innovative water features and design flair throughout Boise and the greater southern Idaho region. From the initial contact with Rocky Mountain Pools, LLC, you can expect friendly service and professionalism - dealing with the same person throughout the process and not any salesman. Rocky Mountain Pools, LLC, is owned and operated by Ryan Stadler - a third generation pool builder. My family has been building pools in Idaho for over 50 years. In my teens I worked with my father in pool construction, and have been in the business ever since - building pools for over 15 years in the US and New Zealand. This experience gives me the ability to build not only a very high quality pool but also the efficiency to offer a competitively priced product.

We signed a contract with Rocky Mountain Pools and the first check was cashed on February 27th, with a completion date in June. Since then several new completion dates have come and gone. The pool is still not done, and the latest completion date is August. Yeah! Just in time to enjoy it for a bit and pay to have it winterized! The Rocky Mountain Pool owner also contacted Dig Line to mark and identify all utilities. However, when they hit the water main, I get to pay $3,000+ for it to get fixed, because contractually the homeowner is responsible for any utilities that are damaged. This seems odd that Rocky Mountain Pools business is building pools AND the owner called Dig Line, but in their defense, it was in the fine print that the owner is responsible for any utility damage. Finally, their trenches are much shallower than we were told up front. 18-24 feet turned into 9 feet deep. Further, all the bricks and trash from the sides of the trench gets put right on top of pipe! Bricks are resting on top of the pipes! Beware of Rocky Mountain Pools.

Yes, I recommend this pro
He always told us what he was doing, our ideas for the work, he would explain why it would not work properly. We would highly recommend him to others. We started the pool then he was out of town, would respond with email or call. He was great in everything.
