I hired Kevin after having a frustrated time with another company. Kevin and his son came right on time and took care of the job professionally. Fun to work with. I will definitely hire him for other projects around the house.

We had a new dishwasher installed. Complex job and it was done perfectly. Very pleased with our service. Will keep them in mind for our next home project!

This company totally ripped us off. Nothing installed to code. (no permits pulled, apparently) Boiler too big for the house, Not rated or meant to be used at the altitude the house is at, and installed incorrectly. And his price became twice the original estimate once they were "finished". (Owner claimed he never remembered giving me the original estimate). Much fighting went on between the company's owner and the installer - owner kept reassuring me they just disagreed on installation stuff(?!?!). Messes were left; yard, house itself, and surround were left littered and full of sawdust. Trim was removed and never replaced. The very worst thing is having a proper licensed HVAC company come try to help (as we are still not getting much heat in the cold, I called a new company when the owner wouldn't return any calls) tell us all this and that they would try but were not sure they could repair or make this right without getting us a new boiler. I don't know who is loving Kevin King and his team, but Id stay far far away from him.

The work was very well done. He replaced siding, repaired balcony, and glass in greenhouse. Easy to talk with. As with all contractors, it took longer than anticipated.
