Over charged me! Started at 8:30 call me at 10:15 to say they were done. Then charged men for 3 hours of labor? You do the math. And left no invoice.

They were really great, I had specifically requested an afternoon appointment, which they accommodated at booking, then needed to change last minute the day before to have them come in the morning, which they were also more than happy to help with. Requested they blow-out/drain my sprinklers in a home I purchased recently. I was not aware that my sprinkler system was not standard. The employee who came could not determine how to drain it. He escalated to his supervisor who said he would come out and look. This never happened. There was not follow-up. I inspected the system closely and figured out how to drain it myself so I gave up. If I could figure this out they should have been able to. I understand it's not a standard setup, but this wasn't complicated.

I was not able to be at the property when the sprinkler blow out was done so he Robert said he would be able to do it without me being present so I confided in him. He did not leave an invoice:receipt for the work completed, I called him to ask him for one he said he would email it to me it has been over a week and has still not provided one. I'm hoping that he completed the job and I have no freezing issues come next spring.
