I could not ask for a better lawn service. I have been using them almost a year and they have really taken good care of me, even when I had to be out of town they took care of my lawn and did landscaping for me as well. They have also fixed my sprinklers and cut down a tree and other jobs. I have been extremely impressed with how they have handled everything and they are very very honest. I also like that it is a family owned business and they communicate with me about what they think needs to be done.

They provide excellent service, outstanding customer service for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend the company to everyone.

I hired Rocky Mountain Property Services to help with my aging fathers' lawn care. They are extremely professional and do an outstanding job! I would recommend this company to anyone. They can customize what you need done- from weekly lawn care to any aspect of larger scale lawn/grounds maintenance and upkeep. Always great to have someone onboard that you can add service if you need it. Great company!!

Highly recommend. Had power raking and aeration done. Reasonably priced, speedy turn around, excellent work, personable. Have already scheduled fall work and recommended to neighbors. You will be very pleased.

We relied on the reviews to award the job to rake all the leaves and move the grass for our rental home 2 hours away from us. Robert called the morning after I inquired and gave me a bid based on a Satellite view of the property. He told me that he would do the work for $125.00, and that would include raking up all the leaves, mowing, edging and trimming, and that it would take about 1 1/2 hours, but didn't tell me how many people would be there to complete the project. I thought that was high, but my husband called him a few days later and said to go ahead with the job, but eliminate the edging and trimming and just do the mowing and leaf removal. One person came to do the job and only got 1/2 the yard done. We called to question the work being accomplished and were told that we were always told it would be $55/hour(which is not true, because we never discussed if it would be one person or a crew). and that there was a dump fee of $30 and that would be deducted from the $125, so all we could get would be labor for $90. I feel really taken advantage of, think this was a bait and switch to be awarded the job, and would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't think that I will trust Home advisors again to do proper vetting of their contactors. Very dissapointed

DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE... these guys are the BEST! I had one light stran that did not come on the first night and they came right back over and fixed it. They were done in 1 hour and my lights look amazing.

Had a new worker who was nice enough, but not knowledgeable. Owner didn't speak much English and when I asked him questions his answers were somewhat limited.

I had my sprinkler system winterized. I had to make sure that they made sure that all of the zones were blow out and I had to have them blow out a line a couple of times.
