They were efficient to get us a quote & followed up to replace the roof. We got a quote from them to install siding but months passed and no one ever came out to install the siding.

The roofing job was completed very efficiently and they did a great job cleaning up as well. We had a couple of minor damage issues to a sprinkler head and a nail in our wheelbarrow tire. They very readily agreed to reimburse us for that. However; we had also arranged to have some soffit work done after the roof was completed, but our salesperson did not follow up with us on scheduling that. We were very pleased when Rick DID follow up and got us set up with someone to bid the work. This is an honest, professional company to work with.

We had some delays in getting started (we had to get the roof on within a week of signing the contract) due to rain, but once they got started it was done very quickly. We have the best looking roof in our neighborhood.

Mike the sales rep was so helpful, he came out and gave me a rough quote that was very reasonable. He worked directly with my insurance company. He kept in touch and explained everything in terms I could understand. His company did everything they promised and more. No mess, no problems no doubt the best experience I have had on any major project.

The RMRSC was very helpful through our roofing process, especially as we had to wait through the insurance process. They worked with our budget and helped us to select a shingle that transformed the look of our house to something very unique and classy. We now receive daily compliments on how much better our house looks. The roof has made our house quieter and warmer. They even came out a second time to sweep for remaining nails after finding too many on the final walk-though! Exceptional service and we may contact them in the future for our siding needs.

Good references made Rick Scarbrough & Rocky Mountain rise to the top of 11 roofers we looked at (8 on Servicemagic, 3 on Roofbrokers). Price was competitive if not lowest. Rick's attentiveness during the sale was good. His crew was great. We were surprised and delighted by the perfect clean-up. Roof looks great.

I heartily recommend Remodeling Solutions. Edward, Jessica and Youssef are the consummate professionals I've always imagined existed...'til now.I am pleased with the repairs made to my leaky roof. It's two days since Youssef completed the repairs and today's rains have shown nary an errant drop of water. And now I am waiting (optimistically) to further judge the repairs with a measurable snow upon the roof later this fall. In the interim, I have scheduled with Edward to provide estimates for my other upcoming house projects.
